This year, we’re teaming up with an amazing charity, Sibling Connections (www.siblingconnections.org). Sibling Connections brings together children separated through foster care by offering year-round weekend programs and a week-long summer camp, called Camp To Belong. Today we loaded our most recent addition to the site, the ability to submit your own review! We’re excited about this function as it was clearly something that was sorely missed from our previous rendition of CountryClubCritics. We created this site to be a place to share honest, no-holds-barred reviews with the golfing community, and this functionality allows us to engage with more people and expand the database of courses that are reviewed. Well, sort of. It’s the last week of June, and I’ve played a total of 45 holes since the golf season in New England started. Normally by this time, I’ll have played close to 10 rounds. Life has just been busy. The good news is that there are a few tournaments on the horizon, one at a course that I’ve yet to play. I’ll be honest, I thought we were probably done with CountryClubCritics.com. Not done in some of the things we would continue to do, like play as many different courses as we can or host our annual charity golf tournament, but done in the sense that there probably wasn’t a viable way to continue the site.
